At night, cleanse and dry skin → place the patch over the line → press for 10–20 seconds → leave on 6–8 hours → peel off. Start 1–2 nights per week, then adjust to your skin’s tolerance.

Yes—apply on clean, dry skin before serums/creams. Avoid layering strong actives (AHAs/BHAs, benzoyl peroxide, other retinoids) on the same area that night. Always use SPF in the morning.
